DemocraticMayorMarySheffieldannouncedMondaythatMichiganStateUniversity’sRxKidsprogramisexpectedtoopeninthecitywithinthefirst100daysofhertakingoffice.SheffieldwaselectedinNovemberandwasinstalledlastweekasDetroit’sfirstfemalemayor.
