Alleged victim in former Michigan coach hacking case speaks out: ‘They have betrayed me’

ThewomanisoneoftwoanonymousplaintiffsinafederallawsuitfiledadayaftertheDepartmentofJusticeannouncedMatthewWeisshadbeenindictedontwodozenfederalchargesalleginghehackedintothousandsofathleteandalumniaccountsanddownloadedprivatedata,includingintimatephotos,overeightyears.
“ItneverwouldhavecrossedmymindthatIcouldhavebeeninvolved,andthat’s,Ithink,whythere’ssomuchoutrageonourend,”thewoman,aformerUniversityofMichiganfemaleathlete,told“GoodMorningAmerica.”
TheJaneDoesaidshewasattheUniversityofMichiganforsixyearsasastudentandemployeeanddoesnotknowWeiss.
