— The transition from high school to college, careers and living independently can be difficult for anyone, but for young adults living with disabilities, those difficulties often seem insurmountable.
That’s why the March 24 Transition Resource Fair being hosted by Detroit Lakes Public Schools in the conference center at Minnesota State Community and Technical College can be such an important opportunity, not just for those living with disabilities, but their families and caregivers as well.
