AtBronsonBirthplaceinKalamazoo,theKilmartinfamilywelcomedahealthybabyboyat12:19a.m.,accordingtoBronsonHealthThursday.
Weighing6pounds,2ouncesandmeasuring19incheslong,thebaby’sparents,PeteandDemiKilmartin,andhisbigsisterarealldoingwell.They’rethrilledtowelcomehimtothefamily,officialssaid.
“IloveworkingatBronsonBirthPlacebecausewelcomingbabiesintotheworldismorethanajob—it’sanhonor,”LeTishiaHill,nursingdirectoratWomen’sandChildren’sServicesforBronsonHealthcare,said.“Wecelebrateeachfamilybypartneringwiththemthroughcompassionandrespect,creatingasafeandjoyfulbeginningforeverybabyandeveryfamilyweserve.”
