Michigan Football Fires Head Coach Sherrone Moore

The Michigan Wolverines were entering the 2024 college football season in a good spot after having. just won the National Championship. Things quickly fell apart as Sherrone Moore took over as the head coach, though.

While the Wolverines had won the championship, it wasn’t without some controversy. The Wolverines were undergoing an investigation at the time from the NCAA which resulted in the NCAA charging Michigan and the coaching staff  with 11 violations, six of them Level I, in relation to the Conner Stalions sign-stealing scandal.
