ArecentreportfromRe/MaxofSoutheasternMichigan,releasedtheweekofJuly21,highlightsyear-over-yeardataforJunethatidentified10metroDetroitsuburbswherebuyersmayfindrelativeaffordability,notjustbasedonpricebutalsoonmarketstrength.
CommunitiessuchasRoseville,HazelParkandRedford,whichtoppedthelist,showedsignsofanimprovingmarketoverlastyearwithrisinginventoryandaconsistentflowofnewlistings,indicatorsthatmatterjustasmuchasprice,especiallyforbuyerswhohavefeltsidelinedbybiddingwarsandlowsupply.
