Sunshine for Mother’s Day Weekend in Metro Detroit; isolated shower possible Saturday

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny skies, an isolated rain shower possible. High: 76.
SATURDAY NIGHT: Mainly clear skies. Low: 45.
SUNDAY (MOTHER’S DAY): Mostly sunny skies. High: 70.
SUNDAY NIGHT: Mainly clear skies. Low: 48.
MONDAY: Partly cloudy skies, warmer temperatures. High: 79.
After plenty of sunshine and cooler temperatures to end the week, we will keep the sunshine around, looking ahead into the holiday weekend for Mother’s Day, but we will hold onto the slight chance of a shower to start the weekend.
We will watch a cold front move through the region as we work through throughout the start of the weekend on Saturday, this will bring the slight chance of a rain shower, but I do think most places will remain dry as we had throughout the day. High temperatures heading into the middle 70s by Saturday afternoon.
