Michigan politician clingwrapped colleague’s car. Now, she can’t speak on House floor

The Democratic state representative who clingwrapped a Republican colleague’s BMW over a parking dispute will no longer be able to speak on the floor of the House chamber.

State Rep. Matt Maddock, R-Milford, confirmed to MLive that House leadership took away floor speaking privileges for state Rep. Julie Brixie, D-Okemos, as punishment for the incident. The House is controlled by Republicans.
