Ice Storm Warning expanded across Michigan’s U.P. and in effect for a long time

With the nature of this storm system the Upper Peninsula and a small part of far northern Lower Michigan could have several rounds of freezing rain. The ice accumulation will be heavy enough to call this an ice storm for at least the Upper Peninsula.
