Rosenberg,whodiedin2016attheageof99,hadacareerthatspannednearly70years.HisstrikingphotographycaptureddecadesofDetroithistoryandpivotalmoments.

BorninNewYorkin1916,Rosenbergdroppedoutofschoolat16tobeacopyboyfortheNewYorkHeraldTribune,wherehebegantoteach himselfphotography, saidhisdaughter,AndreaRosenbergRogoff,atthetimeofhispassing.
