Michigan is about to experience near-record heat this weekend, but don’t be fooled about what’s coming next

The long-range forecast for October might be a little misleading to you. It is a warmer-than-normal forecast, but with something I want you to know.

First, you should know it’s going to be hard to stay as warm as this weekend. We could have a record high temperature or two in Michigan this weekend. Most of the record high temperatures are around 87 degrees this weekend. The high temperature forecasts in central Michigan are 86 to 87 degrees Saturday and Sunday.
