DETROIT(AP)—Ajuryawardednearly$60millionTuesdaytoamanwhoaccusedadisgracedMichiganprosecutorandapoliceofficerofviolatinghisrightsinfilingsexualabusechargesinacasethatwasultimatelydismissedbythestateattorneygeneral. Itisextremelyrareforaprosecutortobesuccessfullysuedforhisorheractionsbecauseofbroadimmunityprotectionsinlaw.
