Ex-Michigan trooper gets ‘long overdue relief’ with murder charge dismissal: attorney

KENTWOOD, MI — An ex-state police trooper received “long overdue relief” when a judge tossed a murder charge against him for striking a fugitive with his police vehicle, his attorney said.
