WestMichiganisgatheringaheadofCesarE.Chavez’s98thbirthday,withafullcelebrationinstore—plus,TheCommitteetoHonorCesarE.Chaveziscelebrating25yearsofunityinthecommunitybyhostingthreeinteractiveactivities,designedtoilluminatetheimpactChavezleftbehind. CesarE.Chavezdedicatedhislifetofightingforfarmworkers’rights,advocatingforfairwages,betterworkingconditions,andsocialjusticethroughnon-violentactivism.
